The information age has hit the cattle industry full force. As an Auction Check subscriber you can use information to your financial advantage. Increasingly, cattle buyers are willing to pay more for age-, source- and process-verified cattle. With Auction Check you can capture critical data and provide it to your customers when they buy cattle at your Auction Market. In fact, you can help buyers meet record keeping requirements for mandatory Country of Origin Labeling – this alone will make you a valuable marketing partner for your customers. Auction Check is also an approved ATD for compliance with NAIS.

Auction Check is a fully automated program that's easy to use and secure. Here's how it works:

  1. A producer provides calf records to you (the Auction Check subscriber).
  2. You enter the records into the Auction Check database.
    • Records can be easily updated as needed
    • Records are completely secure
    • Records are accessible only by the subscriber and the producer
  3. When the calves are ready for market, you print and sign an Auction Check certificate or electronically transmit the certificates to the next owner.
